We are looking for a provider to partner with to build a home-based service that supports people experiencing mental health issues to live well in the community. The service will provide support to 4 (or more) Tāngata Whai Ora with mental health conditions to live a full life, that is well integrated into the community.
We expect that the provider is able to demonstrate how they embrace and incorporate Te Ao Māori and their commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi in their service delivery.
