Comprehensive Lift Maintenance Services

The University has c.100 owned and/or operated lift assets across its campuses. These lifts provide an essential service to transport people and equipment between floors in buildings and in turn support the accessibly and utilization of the University's multi-storied buildings.
These lift assets require inspection, maintenance and monitoring at regular intervals to ensure they are fit for purpose, are in good condition and meet regulatory requirements including the Building Act (Specified System).
In addition to this the university requires reactive maintenance provisions to address services issues and breakdowns as required within agreed response times.
