Construction Main Contractor - Hamilton Fit out project

Inland Revenue currently leases two sites in Te Rapa, Hamilton, accommodating between 800 - 850 staff. There is an opportunity to consolidate the office accommodation at Te Rapa to optimise IR's property footprint, and it is IR's intention to move all its staff into one site at 21 Home Straight.

We are looking for a suitably experienced construction main contractor to carry out fit out works at our expanded site at Home Straight. Shortlisted respondents to this ROI will proceed to the second phase of the process and be invited to respond to a Request for Proposal.

This is an open ROI that will be run through IR's Cotiss tool. Access to this ROI will be provided exclusively via Cotiss, as will all questions, answers, updates and addendums that pertain to this procurement process.
