Enable New Zealand supply disability equipment to disabled New Zealanders. Our vision is “Enabling Good Lives” and facilitating disabled persons to have choice over which services and equipment is best suited to meet that vision. We work, with our service partners, to find the best solution for our customers to help them to have the best life possible. Enable New Zealand’s role in the disability sector is to provide equipment and related services (e.g. vehicle and house modifications) to members of our disabled community.

Our Contact Centre is a critical part of our organisation that allows us to connect with customers and service providers. It facilitates getting new equipment to those who need it, repair and/or upgrade existing equipment, and collect equipment once it is no longer needed. The current Contact Centre platform is end-of-life and does not support Enable New Zealand’s ongoing strategy. Going forward we wish to have a modern, supported, and extensible platform on which Enable New Zealand can improve our customer’s accessibility to our services.
