Contract 1058: Pavement Rehabilitation Windsor Rd, Battersby Rd and Weston Ngapara Rd

Waitaki District Council is seeking Proposals from suitably experienced civil works Contractors to deliver pavement rehabilitation works on sections of Windsor Road, Battersby Road, and Weston Ngapara Road. This is an outcomes-focused, Contractor-led delivery opportunity: we will specify the required outcomes and constraints, and Respondents will propose how those outcomes will be achieved, supported by a measure and value contract (NZS 3910:2013) with a Schedule of Quantities and Basis of Payment.

This opportunity will suit Contractors who can demonstrate strong capability in pavement rehabilitation, drainage improvements, quality management, and risk-based temporary traffic management under NZGTTM, and who can deliver safe, durable, high-quality outcomes with minimal disruption to road users and communities.
