Contract 24-522 Downtown Car Park - Expression of Interest

The Downtown Car Park is a NPDC asset that provides public and business car parking for New Plymouth central business district. The Car Park is currently not in operation due to safety concerns over the earthquake prone building. NPDC have been exploring the opportunities to bring the building back up to an acceptable operating level. Following a Council decision, NPDC are seeking Expressions of Interest for a supplier to carry out the safety works on the core vulnerabilities of the building at the cost of the respondent or an agreed price allocation with NPDC. The opportunity also includes the long term lease of the building to harness the best outcomes for the community.
