Contract 2423 - Aigantighe Art Gallery - ROI - Heritage House Gallery Seismic Refurbishment

The Timaru District Council is seeking Registrations of Interest (ROI) from building contractors interested in being short-listed as a prospective construction supplier to undertake the seismic refurbishment of the Aigantighe Art Gallery - Heritage House Gallery in Timaru. The Council is looking to partner with a build contractor with demonstrated experience and ability to deliver a project to preserve this heritage building and ensure an important community asset is fit for purpose as a regionally significant art gallery. This is an unique opportunity to utilise your highly skilled build team to help protect and preserve a heritage listed building that is a vital part of South Canterbury’s cultural identity and ensure the future success of the Aigantighe Art Gallery.

This is a two stage procurement process, starting with Registrations of Interest. It is expected that a short-list of suppliers will be then be invited to participate in Request for Proposal (RFP) process to select the preferred Contractor.
