CONTRACT 26/28 BUILDING DEMOLITION – 13 BLAKE STREET

Tenders are invited from suitably qualified contractors for the above contract.
This Contract is for the Demolition of a Building Structure at 13 Blake Street in the township of Rangiora.
The main tasks involved in this Contract are:

- Demolition of the single-storey building at 13 Blake Street
- Preparation of the sites at 13 & 15 Blake Street for new carpark construction
- Manage removal and safe disposal of minor asbestos materials (building switchboard)
- Traffic Management / fencing of surrounding area to allow safe demolition
- Location, decommissioning/isolation, and capping of property services
- Clearing and levelling of site ready for future development

The Blake Street carpark is planned to be redeveloped 2026 (starting September) which includes extending the carpark area into the 13 & 15 Blake Street properties. This contract is for the demolition of the building at 13 Blake Street and preparation of the sites at 13 & 15 Blake Street ready for the planned carpark extension.
