Contract 2787 - Claremont WTP Treated Water Reservoir Design and Construct - ROI

This ROI is issued by Timaru District Council (TDC), referred to below as “the Buyer” or “we” or “us”.
TDC wishes to Contract with a reputable construction contractor and designer to develop an appropriate design solution and deliver a new 15,000 m3 potable water reservoir and associated site facilities at the Claremont Water Treatment Plant (WTP) site in Timaru.
Based on ROI submissions, TDC intends to select a shortlist of Contractors to tender for the design and construct of a 15 ML treated water reservoir. The tender will be run directly by TDC. Shortlisted Contractors will be expected to submit their overall proposal and Price for evaluation by TDC.
The tenders will be evaluated by TDC to see which one provides the best overall outcome for TDC. TDC intends to then engage the applicable Contractor to deliver the 15 ML treated water reservoir.
