The preferred option will improve the attractiveness of the Farmers Market area and provide a separate
space from the carpark area for use by visitors as an urban park.

• Ability to be modified/ expanded upon for the future.
• Improved environmental outcomes.
• Affordable/ Achievable.
We are seeking Respondents that.
• Can demonstrate they are sufficient size and have the necessary skills and resources/ equipment to
complete the works.
• Can demonstrate they have successfully completed works of a similar size and complexity.
• Can demonstrate they understand the significance of the site and our requirements.
• Can design a space that meets community and user needs, and which celebrates our unique identity.
• Can demonstrate they have the quality assurance process to ensure work is delivered to a high
standard
