Renewal of CDC Bridges 225 and 472

The contract is for the replacement of Bridge 472 and the replacement of bridge abutments of Bridge 225 in the Clutha District.
The extent of the work is described in the Request for Tender document and key items of work are:
• The design and construction of the replacement of abutments of Katea Bridge 225, Katea Road, Owaka with concrete abutments and wing walls including installation of reinforced concrete bored piles.
• The design and construction of Bridge 472 replacement with concrete bridge including installation of reinforced concrete bored piles.
• Reinstate the approaches and road surface and seal of the bridge deck of both bridges.
