Coordinated Assistance and Response for Everyone (C.A.R.E) service

Wellington City Council (WCC) is seeking information to understand the breadth and indicative offerings in the market for the implementation and delivery of a Coordinated Assistance and Response for Everyone (CARE) service. The CARE service is intended to be a community-led initiative designed to provide a non-authoritative, people-centred support system in Wellington’s nightlife and urban spaces. This initiative aims to enhance on-street safety, inclusion and social wellbeing through a positive, non-judgemental and compassionate approach.
