Core IT Hardware and Support Services

This notification is to inform interested suppliers that New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF) intends to release a request for proposal (RFP) for the establishment of a new panel contract for the supply of core IT Hardware and Support Services. These services fall outside of the scope of existing All-of-Government (AoG) panels.

The panel members will supply core server, security and network equipment, including associated components, warranties and support services as required, as part of a supplier panel.

We will be seeking Proposals from Respondents wishing to be considered for the panel.

We intend to fo to Market early in Q4 2023, with the new panel finalised late Q1 2024, noting that these are an indicative timeframes. The opportunity will be released on GETS through an open RFP process.

Note: This is a FPO to alert suppliers of a potential upcoming procurement activity, though does not represent commitment by NZDF to procure
