Core IT Hardware and Support Services

New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF) is seeking proposals from suitably qualified, experienced and credible suppliers for the supply of Core Information and Technology (IT) Hardware and Support Services.

Our existing arrangement is due to expire June 2024 and we are wishing to put in place an updated and refreshed agreement to commence on expiry of the current agreement. This planned procurement activities seeks to identify and select a single, or multiple, supplier(s) to enter into a new contractual arrangement for the supply of server, security and network related equipment, including support services ranging from digital ordering processing, to service and relationship management during the life of the agreement.

NOTE that this opportunity will be excluding all IT hardware products and services that are available through the All-of-Government IT Hardware, including Printing Technologies and Services, panel contracts.
