Cowles Stadium has received investment from Council over the past few years to extend its operational life. Despite this, the building still shows signs of wear and tear due to deferred maintenance and general age.
The purpose of this project is to deliver a package of works that will provide asset renewals at end of life required to support the operation and ongoing work streams required to meet levels of service.
The main objective is to ensure Cowles Stadium is operating correctly, avoiding unscheduled breakdowns and downtime.
The Scope
The scope of work is outlined in the Schedule included. It broadly covers:
1. Cladding refurbishments & sealing of penetrations.
2. Painting
3. Replacement of low roofs
4. Replacement / refurbishment of doors as per specification
5. Replacement / refurbishment of windows as per specification
6. Update door locking hardware.
7. Tree removal
8. Various other work in scope to improve the overall look and functionality of Cowles Stadium
