Cromwell Memorial Hall & Events Centre - Cafe, Cinema and Commercial Kitchen Lease Opportunity

We are looking for Registrations of Interest from businesses or individuals with experience in catering, café and/or cinema management and who are keen to be a part of our new state-of-the-art community facility in Cromwell.
The new ‘Cromwell Memorial Hall & Events Centre’ is due to open in July 2026 and we want someone with the right expertise and passion to help us create a vibrant community hub.

We will consider all options for leasing one, two or all three of these spaces. Tell us about your solution to provide the best outcome for our community.
