Data Analytics and Information Management- RFI

The New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF) has initiated a multi-year programme to deliver an uplift in Data, Analytics and Information Management (DAIM) capability across NZDF. The Programme Business Case was approved by Cabinet in July 2023 and the Programme is now developing a Detailed Business Case to begin work on the design and delivery of the following foundational capabilities:

• DAIM systems, tools and services;
• Data and Information Integration;
• DAIM governance, assurance and policy;
• An operating model for DAIM across NZDF to ensure the right DAIM roles are established where they are needed; and
• An uplift in people capability so that users of NZDF information have the right knowledge and skills to use the volume and complexity of data and information NZDF holds.
