The Contract Works required at Kaitaia Primary School is a Design & Build solution for a new tensile membrane canopy structure with a minimum size of 33.2m x 18.5m.

The Contractor will be engaged through a Medium Works Contract.

Indicative Timeframes for the Contract Works are for works to be completed during the Term 3 holidays October 2024.
