Digital Analytics Product

TVNZ seeks information on products that provide web audience analytics and that could potentially be relevant to analysis of TVNZ's online offerings. This is an RFI (Market Research) process not a procurement process. While analytics services collect census data, many only provide a summary of that data, limiting the analysis available to data analysts/scientists. We need the ability to retrieve both summarised and raw data, as often we require the raw data for deep dive analysis. As a company that streams video, one of our most important requirements is how video streaming is analysed (time-stamped event-based video logging). At the same time, ease of use is important, and we seek to understand the skill sets required to use systems, and the depth of training required to utilise full functionality.
