The Ministry will use this Contract Opportunity process to make a recommendation to the Minister of Education as to who shall be appointed as the Operator of the Domestic Tertiary and International Learner Dispute Resolution Scheme (DRS) in New Zealand.
This process is being used as a mechanism for which the Ministry will make a recommendation to the Minister, and in no way guarantees the appointment of a Respondent to be the DRS Operator.
