Dovedale Landscaping

The University of Canterbury is looking for a capable and experienced contractor to deliver a package of landscaping and infrastructure works that will support the completion of the Kōawa Creative Technologies Precinct at the Dovedale Campus.

The works include entrance upgrades, footpaths, curbing, traffic management measures, and accessibility improvements. They are critical to ensuring safe and efficient movement across the site, meeting resource consent conditions, and supporting the daily operations of this future-focused teaching and research environment. The successful contractor will need to work in a live campus setting and coordinate closely with other contractors and stakeholders to minimise disruption and maintain site access.
