EN08 Engineering Library Roof - ROI

This Registration of Interest the first step in a two step procurement process for the supply of sufficient plant, labour and materials necessary for the speedy replacement of approximately 160 metres of copper and rubber roof material in part of an active and busy University Campus.

Following the ROI, shortlisted respondents will progress to the RFP stage of the procurement.

The successful contractor will be needed to perform the works in the midst of adjacent occupied buildings. They will be sympathetic to the surroundings and work with the University stakeholders to install the relevant mains, structures, fixtures, fittings, removal and/or abandonment of existing mains as well as other minor works.
