EOI for Selwyn Street Pump Station, Pressure Main and Sewer Upgrades

This project is required to reduce wastewater overflows to the Heathcote River so that compliance with the wet weather overflow consent can be achieved. A pump station in Selwyn Street is proposed to divert excessive wet weather flow from the PS20 catchment to the Southern Relief. To alleviate the risk of manhole overflows north of Milton Street, the sewer network in Simeon Street (excluded from this project), Milton Street and Selwyn Street will also be upgraded. Due to the proposed pipe alignments that cross major transport corridors and the complexity associated with the chosen pump station site, it is considered beneficial to engage a Contractor to provide input into the design.
