Fiji National University (FNU) invites bids from reputable registered, credible, and professional real estate companies, to undertake the survey on tenancy, development & leasing, and sale of the central & western properties for the Fiji National University for the best value and to enable income generation.

This tender will close on Friday 13th August 2021 at 12:00 pm Fiji time. Late, faxed, hardcopy or posted bids will not be accepted.
FNU reserves the right to exclude bidders based on poor performance, or significant offence that lead to early termination of a previous contract with FNU in the past three years and the bidder had not taken 'necessary remedial' measures, or the measures were found to be unsatisfactory.
