Earth Sciences New Zealand Signage Project

Earth Sciences New Zealand is undertaking a phased national signage update and is approaching the market for the manufacture, supply and installation of signage of our new brand, along with the removal of old signage.

Phase 1 will focus on one Auckland site, one Hamilton site and two Wellington sites and will need to be actioned as soon as possible. Subsequent phases will cover additional sites across the North and South Islands, as well as signage requirements for several vessels of various sizes located in multiple regions.

Suppliers must demonstrate proven experience delivering multi-site signage projects including:

• Manufacturing signage to specification
• Managing safe removal and disposal of existing signage
• Installation of new signage while meeting all health, safety and environmental requirements
• Clear communication and a well planned coordinated programme of work

A single provider is preferred, though multiple suppliers may be considered.
We anticipate the project to start in March 2026.
