Electricity Supply Contract

UC seeks to secure supply of approximately 37 GWhpa of electricity from 1 May 2026 under an arrangement providing cost certainty over the near term when wholesale market prices are expected to be volatile. UC is interested in minimising total contract cost and wishes to investigate a range of fixed and flexible pricing structures including the option to “sleeve” a power purchase agreement such as UC may wish to purchase during the term of the contact.
