Wellington Regional Stadium Trust

Energy Saving Lighting Replacement

The Wellington Regional Stadium Trust (WRST) is pleased to announce the release of this Request for Proposal (RFP) inviting qualified and experienced service providers to submit proposals for the replacement of existing light fittings with energy-efficient LED alternatives at Sky Stadium.

This project entails a baseline initiative for a one-to-one replacement of existing lighting fixtures with LED counterparts. While we anticipate a like-for-like transition, we strongly encourage your exploration of alternative technologies or products that have the potential to enhance the Trust's objectives. Your consideration of innovative solutions beyond the conventional will contribute significantly to the overall success of this project.

The WRST is committed to enhancing energy efficiency, sustainability, and illumination standards within our facilities. In this endeavor, we seek proposals from contractors who can deliver a phased transition to LED lighting while adhering to existing technical specifications and compliance requirements.

You are invited to engage in this competitive process and offer innovative solutions for our lighting requirements. The RFP document contains detailed information on the scope of work, submission guidelines, and evaluation criteria.

Please submit your comprehensive proposals by the specified deadline. For inquiries or clarification, contact our designated representative.

We appreciate your interest in this project, aimed at improving energy-efficient lighting at our stadium.
