Engineering Consultancy Services for Opotiki WW Treatment Plant New Consent and Upgrade [Cont252_3]

We are seeking best value-for-money over the whole-of-life cost effective solutions for the Opotiki wastewater projects for the future planned growth and potential quality demands in the Ōpōtiki Township.
A dependencies and inputs spreadsheet has been developed to detail the links between the various packages of work. This has been supplied as supporting information.
It is important the projects progress together so that the interactions and implications of each project are understood and managed collectively. This will assist the Council and stakeholders to make informed decisions in matching the level of service required, service risks and consequences with the customer’s ability and willingness to pay for the service.
As part of the tender submission the consultant is required to review the background documentation, prepare a detailed scope for delivery and an associated schedule of works which will meet the project objectives.
The consultant is required to undertake and coordinate the Package 03 works as listed in the RfP
