The All-of-Government (AoG) External Legal Services (ELS) contract expires on 22 September 2023. We are providing an Advance Notice of an upcoming procurement opportunity seeking providers for the new contract who can meet the legal services needs of government agencies and work with those agencies to achieve broader outcomes through their work.
The notice also contains a summary of key aspects of the new contract. We welcome feedback on the areas identified for consultation. Please submit all feedback by COB Monday 3rd October 2022.
