FY24/25 Beach Accessway Upgrades

What we need

Kapiti Coast District Council (KCDC) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Supplier to provide:
- Stakeholder Engagement and Analysis (Community Only - iwi and elected to be led by KCDC)
- A Development Plan (report plus some concept designs) for each of:
- Otaki Beach
- Maclean Park
- Support KCDC with any Public Consultations

Why should you bid?

This is the first phase of the project. Following delivery of the development plans the next phase would involve detailed design of the solution.

These first 2 beaches are part of a wider programme looking at several destination beaches, which would also require development plans/details designs in future financial years. KCDC would be looking to establish a long-term relationship with the successful Supplier from the RFP.
