The Buyer requires a multi-discipline feasibility study covering three development options: Option A1 (residential subdivision with reserve enhancement, maximising yield under the current Medium Residential Sub-zone framework); Option A2 (as A1 but tested against multi-storey attached typologies such as terraces, triplexes, and townhouses); and Option B (cleared site sale with development conditions).
The study must assess each option’s technical feasibility, achievable residential yield, consenting pathway, and development costs, and produce a comparative summary suitable for inclusion in a formal Business Case.
