Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder Community-led Grants

Hauora Māori Services is requesting applications from Community and Hauora Māori Partners across Aotearoa to develop and implement a local initiative to support priority groups affected by FASD, their caregivers and whānau.

Initiatives should be designed to reflect the needs of people with or impacted by FASD in your rohe. The initiatives may provide information, education or support to enable people with FASD, their caregivers and whānau to manage FASD within the context of their experience (with FASD).

We are interested in applications from Community and Hauora Māori Partners with experience developing and delivering community initiatives focused in FASD or related disorders and capability and experience to provide Kaupapa Māori initiatives

Applicants should have experience and history of working with organisations that have a focus on FASD and/or related disorders and must be able to demonstrate their experience in working with those affected by FASD in their rohe.

You should bid if you are interested in improving hauora outcomes for people who have or are affected by FASD and you have a strong understanding of FASD, and experience working with whānau and organisations involved with FASD or related disorders.
