Greater Wellington Regional Council (GWRC) is looking to re-open the Wellington Regional Helicopter Services panel for aerial services to support the biosecurity and land management teams responsibilities.
The provisions could include ungulate control, surveying, ferrying staff and equipment, spraying, sling load and agricultural activities, and spreading 1080 pellets etc.,
At a minimum, the following CAA certifications will be required:
• Air Operator Certificate with specification for the carriage of passengers
• CAA Agricultural Aircraft Operator Certificate
• Helicopter External Load Operations.
