Future delivery options for ACC's Medical Consumables and Medical Devices Services

ACC is seeking information to help shape the future delivery of its Medical Consumables Service and Medical Devices Service. These services supply and deliver medical consumables to eligible ACC clients across New Zealand and include managing reusable medical devices and loan pools.
We welcome insights from organisations that could deliver all or part of these services, provide ordering or asset management technology, or contribute as delivery partners. We are interested in practical feedback on delivery models, technology, commercial arrangements, market capability and barriers to participation. ACC has not selected a preferred delivery model.
This Request for Information (RFI) will inform service design and procurement planning.
