Gore Fire Station Reroof and Exterior Works

This is an Advance Notice that a tender will be loaded through GETS to engage a supplier for the Gore Fire Station Re-roof and Exterior Works.

We wish to engage a construction supplier to carry out works at Gore Volunteer Fire Station to replace the roof as it is at end of life, leaking and unable to accept new paint finishes, and at the same time cladding which is asbestos containing sheeting is starting to degrade and requires urgent replacement.

There will be a mandatory site visit for Respondents to inspect the site to accurately complete their Request for Proposals (RFP) response. Further details regarding this aspect will be included in the RFP when it is released.
