Grant Management Software

The Buyer is seeking proposals from suitably qualified suppliers to provide a proven, off-the-shelf Grant Management System (GMS). The system will support the administration of multiple funding streams across the full grants lifecycle, including application receipt, assessment, decision-making, and post-award monitoring.
The Council currently administers 17 funding streams, with application volumes continuing to grow. Existing processes are largely manual and spread across multiple systems, which impacts efficiency, consistency, and reporting. The Buyer is looking for a solution that improves the experience for applicants and staff, strengthens governance and compliance, and enables better insights into funding outcomes.
The Buyer intends to contract a supplier who can deliver a fit-for-purpose solution that improves efficiency, enhances the user experience, and supports robust governance and reporting.
