HBRC 26-27 Possum Monitoring Programme

Hawke’s Bay Regional Council (HBRC) is inviting proposals from a single, experienced provider to deliver high-quality possum density monitoring over the next three years. This critical program spans approximately 150,000 to 200,000 hectares and involves deploying 2,000 to 3,500 chew cards annually. The successful provider will play a key role in supporting HBRC’s biosecurity objectives by ensuring accurate, timely, and reliable data collection. All monitoring will be recorded electronically using a field map-based application and software, enabling streamlined reporting and analysis of data.
