HDC26-002 Temporary Traffic Management Hire

Suppliers are invited to quote for the provision of Temporary Traffic Management (TTM) services for Hauraki District Council. This procurement will seek suitably qualified supplier who provide safe, reliable and responsive TTM within the district. Councils existing generic traffic management plans refer to Low Volume (LV) and Level 1 roads this includes both Category A and B roads. All personnel shall be suitably qualified to complete their role required by this contract in accordance with NZTA code of Practice for temporary Traffic Management CoPTTM.

The supply of Temporary Traffic Management Services for Councils operations includes but is not entirely limited to:
• Installation and monitoring of generic Traffic Management Plans (TMP’s)
• Traffic Management of multiple worksites on a daily basis
• Installation and monitoring of Site Specific TMP’s
• On call after hour traffic management 24/7 and emergency traffic management
• Temporary Traffic Management (TTM) equipment hire
• Qualified personnel hire

Hauraki District Council (HDC) provides daily maintenance services for the following disciplines which will require TTM:
• Water Supply
• Wastewater
