HR-MS/MS Proteomics Equipment

BSI is looking for a supplier with a proven record of technical excellence, installation, service, and support of mass spectrometers and ancillary LC equipment. The proteomics platform is specifically looking for an instrument complementary to our current Q-TOF instruments. For this reason, we are looking to purchase a state-of-the-art instrument with ion trapping technology which enables deep phosphoproteome and glycoproteome analysis. The proposed mass spectrometer must include an alternative fragmentation method apart from CID. These can include ETD, ECD, HCD, and all hybrids thereof.
