HUP2 B1 Design Services (Architectural & Landscape)

Housing Upgrade Programme
The Housing Upgrade Programme (HUP / Programme) is a long term partnership between the Crown and Wellington City Council (Council), established through a Deed of Grant, to renew and improve the Council’s Housing Portfolio so that homes remain warm, dry, safe, and secure.
Phase 1 of the Programme (HUP1) is complete. Phase 2 (HUP2) has been approved to proceed and is structured into four tranches to enable a phased and strategic delivery approach.

Design Services – Architectural and Landscape Design (Design Lead)
This contract opportunity relates to Phase 2 of the Programme and covers Design Services (Architectural and Landscape Design – Design Lead) across five Tranche 3 sites, each requiring like for like upgrades.
These sites have been bundled into a single procurement package; however, the Preferred Respondent will be engaged under separate contracts for each site to support strong budget management, programme control, and responsiveness to site specific requirements.

This is a single step secondary procurement process limited to Providers appointed to the All of Government Construction Consultancy Services Panel, service category: Architecture and Design.
