HUP2 T3 Standalone Houses Upgrades - Project Management Services (Including Engineer’s Representative Services)

This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks a Project Management provider (Consultant / Provider) to deliver end-to-end project oversight and coordination across all nine housing sites outlined in the RFP document. In addition to core project management functions, the Provider will deliver Engineer’s Representative (ER) services under NZS 3910, including contract administration, monitoring, and certification on behalf of the Principal. The Consultant will act as the primary interface between the client, design teams, and contractors, ensuring each project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key personnel must be based in the Wellington region — this is a mandatory requirement, not a preference, to ensure responsiveness, local insight, and continuity throughout the engagement.
