Hamilton Building Level 3 Fit out - Main Contractor P&G and Margin Tender for Fit out Works.

At Plant & Food Research (PFR) we have the opportunity for a Main Contractor to complete an interior fit out of a Laboratory and Write Up area fitout on Level 3 of the Hamilton Building in Mt Albert, Auckland

Plant & Food Research is looking for a Main Contractor for the aforementioned project with the potential of partnering with for further fit out and construction projects at this site. We need a contractor who:
- can identify and procure long lead material in advance of engaging subtrades
- undertake an open book tender process for the construction works with the project QS
- is familiar with the with Lab fitouts
- can meet the set project milestones
