• Nature of the Works is refurbishment of 5 existing school classrooms, demolition of some walls, internal wall openings between rooms with new sliding doors, new structure and timber framing as required. New internal linings and floor coverings. New lighting. New resource rooms and breakout rooms to be provided to sub divide existing classroom space. Complaint accessible route to be provided from the Block B courtyard
