Hazardous Substance Inventory

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation to suitably qualified suppliers to submit a Proposal for the Hazardous Substances Inventory Management contract opportunity

This RFP relates to the purchase of a Hazardous Substances Inventory Management solution to enable the University to maintain timely and accurate information about hazardous substances (what and where) in order to comply with Health & Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations.

Use of a single system across the whole University is expected to give immediate visibility to the inventory of hazardous substances on campus, ensuring that all emergency response teams have real-time access to critical information needed for safe and effective incident management.

Implementing a unified system across the University will provide the Health, Safety & Wellbeing team with immediate visibility into the location and types of hazardous substances. This will enable effective chemical hygiene planning, including environmental monitoring and individual health assessments
