Health NZ Auckland City Hospital - A32 L5 Interventional Radiology Stage 1: Stabilise INR Service - Main Contractor - 4 x files attached

We need to procure a main contractor to deliver pre-construction and construction services for the Project. The services are expected to include (but not be limited to):
• a new interventional neuroradiology operating room;
• a new biplane machine;
• replacement fluoroscopy room;
• ultrasound interventional room;
• extended short stay ward, including additional storage, office, reception and whānau space;
• a new connecting bridge on level 5;
• deliver a fully operational facility;

We are looking for a main contractor that has the requisite capability and capacity to deliver the Project by June 2027.
ECI is proposed to reduce delivery risk in the live hospital environment by engaging the main contractor early to collaboratively develop construction methodology, staging, programme, CPU strategy and risk mitigation strategies before committing to a fixed price.
