Health and Wellbeing Support

The objective of this RFP process is to obtain sufficiently detailed information from about their organisations and their ability to provide the Services. This enables the Council to select and appoint a Supplier to provide Services.

The Services sought can be generally summarised as follows: Council is seeking a single supplier to provide a comprehensive Health and Wellbeing Support Service for employees and their immediate household members. The services include confidential counselling and psychological support, critical incident response, 24/7 access to support, referral pathways for ongoing care, culturally responsive services including Rongoa Māori, support for diverse communities, wellbeing resources and digital platforms, qualified clinical personnel, robust governance and quality assurance, utilisation reporting and insights, and the ability to scale services during periods of increased demand. The successful supplier will be expected to provide the full range of services as an integrated offering and act as Council’s primary provider for employee health and wellbeing support.
