Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Replacement

Te Whare Wānanga o Awanuiārangi is seeking a suitably qualified and forward-thinking supplier to replace the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems across three buildings on our Whakatāne campus. Our current systems have reached the end of life, and this project provides an important opportunity to transition to a modern, efficient and reliable solution that supports a safe, healthy and high-quality environment for our staff, students and wider community.

We are seeking a single supplier to deliver a comprehensive solution that includes:
• Supply of fit-for-purpose, high-performance HVAC systems
• Installation completed to industry standards and within agreed timeframes
• Ongoing maintenance and support to ensure long-term performance and reliability

Respondents will be required to demonstrate strong technical capability, relevant delivery experience, robust health and safety practices, and a collaborative approach to achieving excellent project outcomes. We welcome proposals from suppliers who bring innovation, expertise and a commitment to partnering with us on this significant upgrade.
