Public Trust is seeking information from the market to inform future investment decisions in People and Culture solutions and Human Resources Information System (HRIS) capability. We are interested in understanding how suppliers can provide a modern, integrated, and scalable end to end people technology solution, encompassing discovery, design, implementation, and build, rather than advisory or standalone consultancy services. The objective is to establish a cohesive people technology solution/ecosystem that enhances employee and leader experience, reduces organisational and compliance risk, assists with workforce management and enables robust, data driven decision making. A key driver is the reduction of reliance on manual processes, particularly in high risk areas such as remuneration, compliance, and reporting, and the resolution of a highly fragmented current systems landscape. Solutions should also enable meaningful employee and leader self service beyond basic transactions, supported by automation/workflow that promote consistency, accuracy, and compliance across the employee lifecycle.
