IAF Kawakawa Water Treatment Plant Upgrade

We are seeking a main civil contractor to upgrade the Kawakawa Water Treatment Plant. The work covers a new treated water reservoir along with the civil, mechanical, electrical and control works that go with it. The upgrade will strengthen the resilience of the water supply and support planned housing growth, and it needs to be delivered on time, to specification and within budget.

The successful main civil contractor will carry out the works on a live operational site without interrupting supply. As head contractor, it will engage Council's nominated tank subcontractor under NZS 3910 and hold single point responsibility for the whole package, including managing that subcontract and the other project interfaces.
