This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation to suitably qualified suppliers to submit a Proposal for the ITSS AudioVisual solutions contract opportunity.
The establishment of a supplier panel agreement for:
- The supply of audio visual and control equipment.
- AV design and equipment Installation services to support the AV Team on an ad-hoc basis.
This arrangement is intended to simplify the purchasing of AV equipment for projects such as capital works, pool teaching facilities, and departmental resources. Traditionally external integrators have been selected to provide, install and commission audio visual systems, however over the last 5 years installation and commissioning has been progressively met by in-house technicians.
